Dependent upon your use case, you may wish to wirelessly connect multiple RFID readers in a cargo trailer to a LogiBoxx installed in the vehicle hauling the trailer.  This scenario allows you to both track the truck, thanks to the Intelligent GPS in the LogiBoxx, while also being able to locate specific assets in the trailer.  LogiBoxx can do this because it can communicate directly with LogiBoxx Certified Active tags, while it can also communicate with LogiBoxx Certified Passive RFID Readers which, in turn, can identify, read and monitor assets protected with passive tags.

Alternatively, you may need to employ our RFID readers and tags to secure entry and exit points in a warehouse or similar facility.  In that situation, you may want to leverage our four-port LogiBoxx Certified RFID reader, model ES1004R.  This reader can connect to as many as four LogiBoxx Certified Antennas - either the ES2001AC, our circular antenna, or the ES2001AL linear antenna.  Both antennas can read passive tags, any by installing them at specific points, your organization will not only be able to read tagged data, but you'll also be able to determine the direction the tagged asset is moving.  East to West, North to South and even up or down.  This is a fantastic way to monitor an entry/exit point as you'll be able to stop shrinkage, but also be able to add or remove items from inventory automatically.

NEW! LogiBoxx Certified Handheld Reader ES3001H

The LogiBoxx Certified Handheld Reader ES3001H is the first of its kind, integrating RFID and GPS with UHF, WiFi, Bluetooth, and GPRS for wireless communication. The unit can identify tagged assets up to 15 feet, depending upon type of tag and is capable of reading both RFID tags and ID and 2D barcodes. The LogiBoxx Certified Handheld Reader operates on the Windows CE operating system and utilizes EarthSearch proprietary firmware.

The typical application areas are:

• Logistic and warehouse management：inventory control and warehouse management for logistics, or mail / package / baggage flow management for postal system;

LogiBoxx Certified Four-Port RFID Reader

The LogiBoxx Certified Four-Port RFID Reader, (#ES1004R) from EarthSearch can be connected to four external antennas.  This is an ideal solution should you wish to track the direction in which a tagged asset may be moving – North to South, East to West or even Up and Down – crucial should you need to track your stuff in a warehouse, a multistory building, underground in a basement or even in a mining operation.

Designed to be connected to the ES1004R, we offer two antenna models. When connected to the reader, model ES2002AC’s circular polarization antenna is capable of reading tags in a 68 degree “wedge” which radiates up to 6 meters from the unit. Meanwhile, the ES2001AL’s line polarization antenna is capable of reading tagged assets within a 40 degree “wedge” radiating from the front of the device. It has a maximum effective range of 10 meters from the front of the antenna’s surface. Readers can be used to monitor assets, personnel and to secure entry and exit “gates” in warehouses and shipyards.

ES1001C: Circular RFID Reader

The EarthSearch ES1001C RFID Reader has a circular polarization antenna capable of reading tags in a 68 degree
“wedge” which radiates up to 6 meters from the unit. Compatible with multiple protocols, it offers a rapid read ratio - able to read as many as 70 tags per second within its coverage area.

The ES1001C is able to read the tag’s identification as well as any data stored on the tag. Offered as part of a LogiBoxx Certified Solution, the reader also functions as a stand-alone solution when no LogiBoxx is required.  Readers can be used to monitor assets, personnel and to secure entry and exit “gates” in plants, warehouses and shipyards.

ES1001L: Linear RFID Reader

The EarthSearch ES1001L has a line polarization antenna built into the unit which is intended to read tags within a 40
degree “wedge” radiating from the front of the device. This unit is capable of reading tagged assets up to 12 meter from the reader. Compatible with multiple protocols, it offers a rapid read ratio - able to read as many as 70 tags per second in its coverage area.

Within its coverage area, the ES1001L is able to read the tag’s identification as well as any data stored on the tag. Offered as part of a LogiBoxx Certified Solution, the reader also functions as a stand-alone solution when no LogiBoxx is required.  Readers can be used to monitor assets, personnel and to secure entry and exit points in warehouses, plants and shipyards.
